In the app you will get informations about your surgery, how to prepare yourself and how to recovery well. For every single intervention the app delivers the right information at the right time. More than this is reminds you to not forget the most important steps in your preparation before surgery as well as in the follow-up after surgery. It reminds you for example to not forget the follow-up consultations with your healthcare professional.
ForPatientApp will allow you seeing the specific informational content for the hospital that treats you. After the download you will be asked to register with the access code that has been provided to you. After this step the app will show you automatically the information for your specific intervention and for your treating hospital.
ForPatientApp guides you thorough your patient pathway by showing the most relevant steps on a calendar. Is enabled a virtual connection between you and the healthcare professional to prepare both of you for your surgery. Your healthcare professional can send messages to you and track your stage along the pathway.
